Shipping policy

Order Confirmation:

After you place an order, you'll get an email confirming we received it and pre-authorized your credit card. We immediately check with our suppliers to ensure the item is in stock. If it's not available or on backorder, we'll cancel the pre-authorization and email you. If your item(s) can ship within 5 business days, we'll charge your card and prepare the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your in-stock order is charged to your credit card, it will ship within five business days. We'll email you tracking information within 24 hours of the order leaving the warehouse. If you don't receive tracking within six business days, please contact us at support@bookcaseoasis.com.

We do not ship outside the USA, with some exceptions. If the website allows you to enter an international shipping address and complete checkout, you will receive your order. Certain products are available in Canada.

Changing Address:

If your order has been processed or shipped and you need to change the address, we will try our best to help. Please be aware that address changes may cause delays. Any extra charges from our freight companies due to an address change will be the customer's responsibility. No exceptions.

Shipping Times:

All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We work to get orders shipped as quickly as possible. However, if you cancel an order because it didn't arrive within the estimated time, you will be responsible for all shipping charges, fees, warehouse storage costs, and other related expenses. Anyone who disputes a charge for shipping delays will face criminal liability for theft. No exceptions.

Handling Time (3-5 days Mon-Fri):

Our team carefully processes and packages your order within 3 to 5 business days, Monday through Friday. This prepares your items for a smooth delivery.

Shipping Time (3-10 days Mon-Fri):

Once your order is processed and packaged, it will be shipped. Our shipping partners aim to deliver your package within 3 to 10 business days, Monday through Friday. Shipping times can vary based on your location and the carrier.

Total Delivery Time:

Combining handling and shipping time, your estimated total delivery time is 6 to 15 business days, Monday through Friday. We prioritize getting your bookcase to you efficiently and securely and appreciate your patience.

Shipping Options:

Our basic "Curb-side" Pickup shipping is always free. Other options include:

• Threshold Shipping: The item is brought to your porch or a sheltered/garage area.
• White Glove Delivery: The item is brought into your room of choice, includes minor assembly, and all boxes and packaging are removed.
